A single tree standing proud in Versonnex.
I just love sunsets. The only thing I like better is a sunset with a lonesome tree - especially during winter months when without leaves the full graphic quality of a tree is revealed.
I took this photograph during a visit to my youngest brother Barney who lived in France at the time - he's now just moved across the border to Switzerland. The Jura mountains are in the background.
