Colours immediately after sunset - above Blessington Lakes.
This is an electronically stitched Panorama made from about 4 individual overlapping photographs. The full size is 31"x11" at 300 dpi - so it's quite a long photo.
Normally, if you wait a few miniutes immediately after sunset, the colours come alive and they get really vibrant. With a very cloudy pattern, like on the night I took this, the sky looks like it's on fire!
