Another grab shot - I thought the reflection in the river liffey looked more colourful and interesting than the ordinary view of the bridge. I flipped the image horizontally to restore the conventional perspective. This is a pedestrian bridge and many years ago there was a toll to walk over it - there then being very few bridges over the river. It cost walkers one half-penny to cross the bridge, hence the name.
