Slow exposure - Phoenix Park
I took this slow exposure in the Phoenix Park late on a June night. It was hand-held for 2.5 seconds to give deliberate camera motion which results in a blurred image with just enough detail to recognise the elements in the scene. Also deliberately under-exposed to retain the lovely greens. It needed a little post production work on the computer, but not much.
