Some social commentators might not like to hear this but the Sun's very democratic - it falls everywhere, and on everybody, regardless of geography, or social class. It also sets in Ireland, though Travel Agents might try to deny that!
This is a stitched panorama of Rossmore Road when the very subtle hues at Sunset were evident over Ballyfermot. The silhouettes of Corporation Houses constructed in the early 1950's add a nice graphic quality to the panorama.
Thankfully too digital cameras and computer software programmes are equally democratic and make panoramas possible for people like me. The traditional and extremely expensive Panorama Film cameras were always the preserve of the Elite. Nowadays anybody can take extreme panoramas for next to nothing. Of course if you print them...it costs!
