The Fleadh Cheoil Adjudicator...
Joe Mulherron from Derry, singing one of his famous comic songs The Fleadh Cheoil Adjudicator - aptly performed at the Cavan Fleadh Cheoil 2011 - admittedly I did request him to sing it! The song is also know as "The Free State Adjudicator".
Joe, who wrote the song, has a great comic style and the song is a satire on the Northern style of singing which was not necessarily appreciated in Fleadh Singing Competitions in the past...it's still a great favourite...you can't beat the Northern wit.
I wonder would any competitor have the gonads to sing it in a Fleadh Cheoil competition?
